Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Orders

You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method. A 3% restocking fee will be fined for any refunds, but not exchanges or store credit.
Refunds are only available for items purchased online. Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange and store credit only.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to safely return the items to Geoscape Rock Shop. Any items that arrive broken will not be refunded, so please package the items carefully.
In-Person Returns
Please contact us if you wish to return the items purchased online to our brick-and-mortar locations; we may not be able to service you if you bring in the items without notice.
Items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-person. A receipt or the credit card used for purchase is required to complete an in-person exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A 3% restocking fee is applied for all returns. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@geoscaperocks.com.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
