This hand crafted bowl consists of seven layers including each Chakra, carefully cut and crafted into a bowl.

The chakras are classical Eastern tradition for Hindu and Buddha meditation techniques developed centuries ago.  Adopted by West just over a century ago to aid in meditation and relaxation. 

The seven chakra stones and their meanings are as follows:
Root Chakra: Red Jasper - Connects to safety, survival, and grounding.
Sacral Chakra: Carnelian - Governs creativity, pleasure, and sensuality.
Solar Plexus Chakra: Tiger’s Eye - Associated with confidence and personal power.
Heart Chakra: Green Aventurine - Promotes love, compassion, and emotional healing.
Throat Chakra: Sodalite - Enhances communication and self-expression.
Third Eye Chakra: Amethyst - Linked to intuition and spiritual awareness.
