Syenite is a type of igneous, plutonic rock similar to granite but without quartz. The fluorescence is due to the sodalite inclusions which glow under both long and short wave UV light.

Measuring approximately 2.5 inches in length, height, and width. Weighing approximately .5 pounds. Exact measurements and weight will vary slightly between each individual sphere.
